The Cal Test Electronics CT4560 Series comprises 14 distinct models of 5mm passive voltage oscilloscope probes, engineered for a broad range of electrical testing scenarios. These probes deliver dependable performance and are constructed with high-quality materials to ensure durability, precision, and long-term reliability.

Attenuation options include X1, X10, X100, and switchable X10/X1, supporting a wide range of signal amplitudes. The series covers a frequency range from 55 MHz to 500 MHz, making it suitable for everything from low-frequency analog signals to high-speed digital waveforms. Select models support voltage measurements of either 2 kVrms or 4 kVrms, with one 4 kVrms model offering 1% measurement accuracy for precision-critical applications.
