Overview

Differential probes allow for safe, accurate measurements between two voltage points where neither point is referenced to ground.

Model CT4076 features 100x/1000x attenuation settings, 35 MHz bandwidth and ±7.5 kV maximum differential - all in a compact, safety yellow housing.
Compatible with oscilloscopes from all major manufacturers, the probe is ideal where high sensitivity and dynamic range is needed.

User applications include:
