Overview
The CT3687 is a high-voltage active differential probe designed for safe, accurate floating measurements up to ±1,400 V. With a wide 100 MHz bandwidth, switchable attenuation (100x / 1000x), and ±1% accuracy, it’s ideal for power electronics, motor drives, and high-voltage R&D applications.
Compatible with any oscilloscope with 1 MΩ input impedance, the CT3687 operates on 4 AA batteries (included) or optional AC adapter (CT3723) or USB power lead (CT4122). It comes complete with hook probes and a digital user manual for immediate us
