Overview
One of our highest frequency passive probes at 500 MHz. This compact probe is an excellent replacement for probes used with high frequency scopes. Probe includes a readout actuator pin (sense pin) on the BNC connector. Replacement for Tektronix P6139A.
The CT3667 is an accessory for the CT3290RA-PRO.
